On the Road: A Wanderer's Story
Hello, fellow wanderer!
You're about to embark on a small adventure as a tiny human drifting through outer space. Sometimes, distracting thoughts take over so actions go unquestioned. The real challenge is to break free from them and start acting with intention.
Be kind, be conscious, be curious — and unlock all the hidden achievements in the game.
This game is made for Road Trip Jam 2025.

Development
As soon as I saw Road Trip Game Jam, I knew I wanted to tell that story. It’s deeply relatable to me — I often catch myself doing things without real awareness. I wanted players to experience that same mind flow — sometimes immersive, sometimes distracting.
The development process took less than a week as most of the time I was in the flow: just writing and coding and creating . I couldn't stop coming up with new ideas, so I had to restart everything from scratch several times. Now, I finally see it finished, just as it was in my head.
There're 11 achievements scattered throughout the game. To unlock them all, you'll need to replay it a few times — but don’t worry, the whole experience won’t take more than 10 minutes.
This is my second released game made in Twine (Harlowe). I'm still in the debugging process, so there might be some surprises. I'm doing my best to hunt them down! If you catch one, I'd love to know where you found it.
The game is completely text-based so I wasn't using any AI in creating this one. The sounds and music are from Epidemic Sound.
Thank you and enjoy the ride!
